Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: August 7, 2025

At Miami Open Box, we are committed to providing high-quality open box and refurbished products. Due to the nature of these products, our return and refund policy is as follows:

 

    1. Conditions for Return

Returns will only be accepted if the product received is found to be not working upon arrival or within a specified inspection period (e.g., 7 days from delivery). A product is considered “not working” if it fails to perform its basic intended functions as described at the time of purchase.

 

    1. Non-Permitted Returns

In all other cases, returns are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

• The customer changes their mind.

• The customer ordered the wrong product.

• The product does not meet the customer’s subjective expectations (e.g., cosmetic condition, minor wear and tear consistent with an open box/refurbished item).

• The customer no longer needs the product.

• The product is damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair attempts by the customer.

 

    1. Process for “Not Working” Products

If you receive a product that is not working, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Notify our customer service team within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving the product by emailing [Your Customer Service Email] or calling [Your Customer Service Phone Number]. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos demonstrating the malfunction.

2. Troubleshooting: Our team may guide you through troubleshooting steps to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue remotely.

3. Return Authorization: If the product is confirmed to be not working after troubleshooting, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

4. Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components that were included in the original shipment.

5. Inspection and Refund/Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if it is verified to be not working as claimed, we will, at our discretion, either:

• Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Offer a replacement product of equal value and condition, if available.

 

    1. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a product is confirmed to be not working, Miami Open Box will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other non-permitted returns, any shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
